I honestly thought my forgetfulness was just part of getting older.
After following the routine, I started noticing little things first —
names came to me more easily and I wasn't constantly walking into a
room wondering why I was there. I feel much sharper and more present
now. ❤️

My memory had gotten so bad that I was writing everything down because
I was afraid I'd forget it. The difference I've noticed has been
incredible. I'm remembering conversations and little details again,
and that constant foggy feeling isn't nearly as bad as before.

I was skeptical about something as simple as a honey and cinnamon
routine, but I'm glad I gave it a chance. I've noticed a real
improvement in my recall and mental clarity. Even my family has
commented that I seem sharper lately.

For me, the biggest change has been remembering names and conversations
again. Before, I'd lose words halfway through a sentence and it was
embarrassing. My mind feels clearer now and I don't feel like I'm
fighting my own memory all day.

I can't explain how good it feels to notice my memory improving again.
I was becoming worried because I kept forgetting appointments, names
and where I had put things. Those moments are happening much less
often now. I'm so grateful I came across this. ❤️

I had reached the point where my daughter was noticing how often I
repeated myself. That's what scared me. Since starting the routine,
I've noticed I'm remembering conversations much better and I feel
more like myself again. I'm very thankful.
